What we offer you In your role as a teacher with us, you will primarily teach mathematics and help create clear, engaging, and accessible instruction where students have the best conditions to succeed. You plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction and work closely with other teachers, mentors, and student health services to support students' academic development. You will become part of a teaching team where collaboration and shared development of instruction is an important part of everyday work. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting young people, building strong relationships, and finding ways to make mathematics comprehensible and motivating for students with different backgrounds. This position is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will initially be part-time, with the possibility of expanding to a full-time role later. The teaching will primarily be in mathematics, but competence and certification in chemistry are desirable and may become relevant in the position moving forward. What we are looking for We are primarily looking for you if you are a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach mathematics and preferably also chemistry at the upper secondary level. Previous teaching experience is desirable, but we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and your ability to engage and motivate our students. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working with young people and have a strong ability to build safe and trusting relationships. You are clear and structured in your leadership and can adapt your instruction to meet students with different needs and backgrounds. We would like to see that you are solution-focused, engaged, and curious about developing your teaching together with colleagues. The position also includes mentoring, which means you will play an important role in monitoring and supporting students' academic situation and development. Therefore, we value that you are attentive, responsible, and understand the importance of collaborating with both teaching colleagues and student health services to create good conditions for students to succeed.
