Description Karlstad Pastorate comprises five parishes, a cemetery administration, and a shared administration. Västerstrands Parish is located in the western parts of Karlstad and is an exciting parish rich in diversity with broad and vibrant activities, singing, creative pursuits, and groups for all ages. In the heart of this area stands Västerstrands Church as a meeting point between the different city districts. The work team consists of fifteen employees and a number of volunteers.
