We are now seeking an experienced HR specialist to work closely with managers and leadership. As an HR specialist, you will be an important partner in both everyday and complex HR matters, and you will also be part of the company's management team. You will become part of an organization in transition where employees, managers, and work methods from several organizations must create a shared direction forward. This demands trust, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in different contexts. The role offers an independent assignment where you are expected to contribute experience, judgment, and a long-term perspective on matters that are important for the organization's development. Responsibilities As an HR specialist, you provide qualified support and advice to managers across all HR areas. You work on matters relating to employment law, workplace environment, collaboration, rehabilitation, skills management, and organizational development. You support managers in both operational and strategic matters and ensure that HR work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. An important part of the assignment is contributing to the organization's development and change initiatives. You participate in and drive HR development efforts, create structure in processes and work methods, and contribute to good collaboration between the organization, employees, and trade union organizations. The role also includes analyzing strategic HR questions, identifying development needs, and translating these into concrete improvement initiatives. You work both independently and with colleagues to ensure professional, consistent, and operationally relevant HR support. Qualifications We are looking for someone with an academic degree in human resources and working life, HR, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of experience in qualified and broad HR work as well as strong knowledge of employment law, systematic workplace environment management, and collaboration. You are accustomed to working closely with managers and leadership, providing qualified advice, and building trust even in situations where different perspectives and interests need to be balanced. You also have good digital competence and see digital tools as a natural part of modern HR work. You have an understanding of the conditions that come with a politically governed organization and can combine a development-oriented approach with respect for laws, agreements, and governing regulations. As a person, you have high integrity, good judgment, and strong communication skills. You build relationships by being responsive, clear, and solution-oriented. You thrive in change, take responsibility for your assignment, and have the ability to create structure and stability even in situations characterized by development and changed work methods.
