WORK TASKS Would you like a job that makes a difference, with meaningful tasks and great colleagues? We are looking for temporary substitutes for our activities! As a temporary substitute, you help cover for regular staff absences or during temporary busy periods. You make yourself available and when a need arises that matches your availability, you are booked in for work. We offer work within home care, functional support and special housing (SÄBO). Home Care: Here you can work in one of our home care teams that work during day and evening hours, or provide home care services at night in the night patrol. As a home care worker, you provide good care and social support to our users. You help and support the user in daily life to promote functional ability. Work tasks can include, for example, help with showering, toilet visits, medication management, cleaning and support at mealtimes. Functional Support: - Within functional support, you can work in one of our group homes, service housing, personal assistance or daily activities. Here you meet people with different functional variations and are there to support and enable a good life based on each individual's circumstances. Support can consist of personal care and support in other daily activities. There may be limited or no verbal language, which means you may need to work based on clear pedagogical methods and communication aids. SÄBO: - Within special housing (SÄBO), you work at Djupängen or Vitsippan. As a staff member at SÄBO, you meet our elderly residents and help ease their daily life by providing support and help with personal care, medication management, meals, cleaning and social interaction. To get a secure start, you will receive an introduction with experienced staff, undergo digital introductory training and other training relevant to the activity area you will work in. QUALIFICATIONS • Care program or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent is desirable, but is not a requirement • You must be 18 years old • B driving license is a requirement in certain areas of activity • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to perform care documentation, receive medication delegation and communicate with users • Experience from similar activities is advantageous • You who apply should have a professional and pleasant demeanor and put the individual in focus • We place great importance on your personal suitability Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer. To be eligible for employment within support, care and nursing, you need to present a valid ID from the Swedish Tax Agency's website www.skatteverket.se. In your application, you must state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. You also need to show a valid police criminal record report from www.polisen.se (not older than 6 months). Employment can take place only after verification of work permit, which is required under the immigration regulations, and after presentation of a criminal record report. The above certificates must be presented before employment becomes relevant.
