Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys customer interaction and wants to be part of a close-knit team? In your role as a customer service representative, you'll have a varied day helping customers in the Nordic market with everything from order management to product and service inquiries. You'll be offered a development role in an open and supportive work environment where curiosity, engagement, and the desire to learn are highly valued.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be an important part of the company's customer service function, providing support to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. You'll work with incoming customer inquiries via phone, handle orders, and assist customers with various questions about products, deliveries, and service.
This is a varied role with many points of contact where you'll have the opportunity to build customer relationships and develop a broad understanding of the business. Previous experience with the company's products is not required—what matters most is that you're curious, engaged, and willing to learn.
You'll join an experienced team that currently handles the Nordic market. The role involves broad responsibilities and the pace can be high at times, which suits you if you enjoy variety, can prioritize between different tasks, and are comfortable working independently.
The team consists of experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and contribute to an open, supportive, and social work environment.
About You
We believe you thrive in a service-oriented role and appreciate interacting with people. You're responsible, proactive, and have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks. Since the work environment is characterized by openness and a flat hierarchy, it's also important that you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and speaking up when needed.
You have a completed upper secondary education, preferably with elements of administration or similar. You have good computer skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
