Adult Unit 1, SF Hisingen seeks an engaged social worker

Description We are seeking an engaged social worker for adult authority operations. The unit is responsible for work on harmful use and addiction within individual and family care services on Hisingen. This includes handling applications for support/care and treatment, reports of concern regarding harmful use and addiction, LVM case handling and residential care facilities for the target group. The unit is also responsible for outreach and motivational work targeting the adult population. Based on the new social services law, accessibility and user focus are high on the agenda. We strive to maintain a reasonable caseload that enables quality work and time for recovery. You will be offered close methodological support, method development, and external supervision. Qualifications We are looking for you with a degree in social work who has good investigative and documentation skills and takes responsibility for following up ongoing interventions. Experience with the target group on harmful use and addiction issues is meritorious. We would like to see that you have prior experience with authority operations within SoL and LVM. If you also have experience with evidence-based methods such as ASI, Audit/Dudit and/or MI, that is meritorious. A driver's license and good computer skills are a requirement.
