Your Responsibilities As an Onsite Technician, you work closely with users and are responsible for providing technical support on-site. You help solve both simple and more complex IT problems and ensure that users get the help they need to work effectively. Your responsibilities may include: Troubleshooting and support for computers, peripherals, and software Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment Management of user accounts, permissions, and client-related issues Support for technical problems on-site with users Documentation and follow-up of issues as well as collaboration with other IT functions Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT and service, and who enjoys a role where you help people and solve technical problems. You are communicative, organized, and have a professional demeanor. You take responsibility for your tasks, work solution-oriented, and collaborate easily with both users and colleagues. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and enjoys creating good user experiences. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in IT support, onsite support, or similar technical work Good knowledge of Windows and client management Experience troubleshooting computers, software, and peripherals Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Merits Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of networking and user permissions Experience with ticket management systems Class B driver's license What We Offer At Eccera, you get the tools you need to reach your goals.
