We are now seeking Customer Service Representatives for an upcoming assignment with our client in Göteborg. The position runs from December 1st through the end of January.

Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the company to the outside world and an important part of our customer experience. You will be part of our engaged customer center team, assisting individuals, businesses, and organizations with questions, advice, and world-class service.
In this role, you handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You register and follow up on cases in our CRM system and actively work to inform customers about news, services, and offers that can add value.
We strive to give every customer a professional, personal, and efficient experience, every day.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. You will also need to be available to work evenings on December 23rd and on New Year's Eve.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in customer service, support, or another service-oriented role. You are comfortable working in phone and computer environments and have good system skills. If you have previously worked with CRM or business systems, that is a plus.
You enjoy helping people, like building good customer relationships, and are motivated by finding solutions. You work in a structured manner, collaborate easily, and bring positive energy to the team.
