The position is primarily based during daytime, with some evening and weekend shifts in our consulting operations within care and residential facilities, home health care, as well as LSS and social psychiatry. Your duties include: • Perform medical assessments and make independent decisions. • Plan, implement, and follow up on care interventions. • Perform blood draws, infusions, dressing changes, and palliative care. • Collaborate with other professionals. • Supervise and delegate to care personnel. Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis during the application period. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—a confident and dedicated nurse with a genuine interest in working with elderly people. You take responsibility, are solution-focused, and thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with teamwork. • Licensed nurse. • At least two years of experience as a nurse. • Experience in geriatrics. • Valid driver's license (category B) and driving experience. • Strong ability to make independent medical assessments.
