At the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Gävle Hospital, approximately 70 dedicated staff members work in a patient-focused environment. We support the entire hospital with advanced intensive care and offer six care beds for the most critically ill patients. A central part of our mission is also the Mobile Intensive Care Team (MIG), where we work proactively to identify and support patients with declining conditions on other units. Through our follow-up clinic, we gain valuable insights from patients and their families, which helps us continuously develop and strengthen our operations. 1 position(s). In the ICU, you work in close teams with intensive care nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, and physiotherapists, where you together are responsible for patients with complex care needs. In this role, it is important that you have the ability to address both the patient's and family members' needs and contribute to a safe, professional, and respectful care environment. Since intensive care is provided around the clock, work includes day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
