As a facilities technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. Your duties as a facilities technician will include: Performing regular rounds, supervision and maintenance of properties Ensuring that fault reports are completed on time and with the right expertise/knowledge Communicating with subcontractors and Coor's own personnel, verbally and in writing Participating in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement suggestions Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and proposing improvements Performing assignment-based work beyond the agreement Being customer-focused and maintaining a professional good customer relationship Who are you? You are a confident and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and have positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers. You work in a structured and thorough manner.
