What you can expect from the position As a Department Manager, you are responsible for one of the store's departments, such as Car/Motorcycle/Car Care, Construction/Tools, or Leisure/Boat/Home/Office/Technology. This means you are the management team's extended arm in operations. Your responsibility includes ensuring that the department is always well-organized, sales-focused, and customer-ready with well-stocked and inviting shelves. You create inspiring seasonal displays, suggest which products are suitable for end-caps and cross-selling opportunities. Order and organization are one of our core values, and in this role you ensure that signage and directions are clear and correct. You are also responsible for your department's inventory. An important part of your role is to motivate and engage your colleagues and share your knowledge about your department's products. Together with your colleagues, you pick up merchandise and coach them to provide Biltema's customers with the best possible service. About YouAs a candidate, you have: Education at least at upper secondary vocational level, preferably in plumbing and energy or equivalent Experience working in various CAD environments Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We consider it a merit if you also have: Experience in Pipe & Plant Design or piping design, preferably within process industry Good knowledge of relevant standards and directives We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine technology, responsibility, and customer contact.
