Doktorand i Arbetsmiljöteknik: människa-teknik-organisation i kärnkraft

Beskrivning av verksamheten Doktorandtjänsten är knuten till Avdelningen för ergonomi och aerosolteknologi vilken har ca 50 anställda varav 20 är doktorander. Avdelningens forskningsfokus är samspelet människa, teknik och organisation (MTO) och vad detta samspel betyder för utformning av arbetsförutsättningar, tekniska system och organisationer. Forskningen med inriktning mot risk- och säkerhetshantering (MTO - Human Factors) fokuserar på att identifiera och hantera risk- och säkerhetsutmaningar både i arbetsmiljöer och i större säkerhetskritiska komplexa system som t ex kärnkraft och strålsäkerhet. Forskningsmiljön utgör en tvärvetenskaplig kunskaps- och praktikgemenskap kring strålsäkerhet och kärnenergi inom ämnena fysik, arbetsmiljöteknik/MTO, medicinsk strålningsfysik, strategisk kommunikation och svenska språket.
