A large part of the care services in the municipality are provided by private companies according to LOU or LOV regulations and are governed by contracts. The operations run by the municipality are consolidated in one department. HOME HEALTH CARE Home health care in Staffanstorp municipality is divided into 6 geographic districts. Each district has a nursing care manager. We have close collaboration with the rehabilitation unit and nursing staff within our care providers. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Do you want independent, varied, and meaningful work where you make a difference for people every day? We are now looking for a licensed nurse for our home health care in Staffanstorp municipality as one of our evening nurses is retiring. As an evening nurse, you get varied work where you meet patients with different needs and get to use all your clinical expertise. You work independently while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues, home services, and other professionals. Work is scheduled for evening hours, 3:00 PM - 10:45 PM, with the same hours applying to weekend work. You plan and prioritize your work day yourself and are responsible for both scheduled and acute interventions in patients' homes. The work tasks are varied and may include: • Making clinical assessments and taking appropriate measures • Performing health and nursing interventions in patients' homes • Handling acute situations • Following up on treatments and patients' health status • Providing advice and support to patients, relatives, and nursing staff • Mentoring and delegating to nursing staff • Documenting and working with digital tools After 8:00 PM, you work independently as a nurse. At the same time, you have access to support and collaboration with colleagues and other professionals when needed. We work to create security, continuity, and good and safe care for our patients. You will be an important part of our effort to enable people to receive care and support in their own homes.
