Would you like to make a difference for people on their path to work and self-sufficiency? We are now seeking an engaged employment services specialist to our Employment and Integration unit. About the Position As an employment services specialist, you support and guide municipal residents receiving financial assistance, with the goal of helping them achieve self-sufficiency. You will have a strong focus on meetings and contacts with municipal residents and work based on each individual's circumstances and needs. The role also includes documentation and follow-up of interventions. You will plan and implement individual-focused interventions and group activities related to activity requirements. An important part of the work is to create pathways to employment and studies through collaboration both within the municipality and with external partners, such as the Swedish Public Employment Service, healthcare providers, and employers. Are You the One We're Looking For? We are seeking someone with a degree in social work, career guidance and counseling, behavioral science, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You have at least two years of full-time work experience and experience working with this target group. You are comfortable working both independently and with others and have experience collaborating with authorities and other partners. You have a genuine interest in supporting people toward employment and self-sufficiency. You are confident in meeting with people, have good interpersonal skills, and find it easy to build trusting relationships. Requirements Relevant higher education, such as social work, career guidance and counseling, or behavioral science, or alternatively other education that the employer deems equivalent. At least two years of full-time work experience. Experience working with the target group. Experience collaborating with other authorities and partners.
