Would you like to work with varied electrical assembly and be part of building machines used in production? We are now seeking an electrical cabinet assembler who wants to become part of a small, technical team where you get to work closely with both engineers and assemblers. About the Company Our client is a technology and manufacturing company with approximately 30 employees, where engineers and assemblers together develop and build custom-designed machines and equipment for industry. The company works with major players in the technology and industrial sectors. About the Role As an electrical cabinet assembler, you will be an important part of the team and work on building electrical cabinets and machines according to customer specifications. You will work with cable routing, electrical assembly, and installation of components—both electrical and mechanical—as well as soldering and troubleshooting. Machines are built from various parts and components, most of which are manufactured on-site and then assembled into a finished solution customized to the customer's needs. Build time varies depending on the machine's size and complexity, but can be around one month per machine. This role suits you if you appreciate variety and enjoy working practically with different tasks. Some days are more technically advanced, while others may include simpler and more repetitive work assignments. Your tasks will include: Building and connecting electrical cabinets Routing and connecting cabling Installing electrical components in machines Installing mechanical components in machines Troubleshooting and inspection Working from drawings and instructions Collaborating with engineers and assemblers throughout the build process For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility and eventually lead a future team. About You You have electrical training at upper secondary school level or equivalent and have completed your apprenticeship. You have practical skills and are comfortable working carefully and methodically. To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who enjoys understanding how things work and is not afraid to take on new tasks. It is important that you enjoy practical work and can maintain focus, precision, and quality. At the same time, you are flexible and can switch between different types of tasks as the operation requires. You enjoy working with others and see the value in collaborating with other professionals to deliver a finished product. Requirements for the position: Electrical training at upper secondary school level or equivalent Completed apprenticeship Good understanding of electricity and electrical assembly Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings Class B driver's license If you have worked in a similar role previously, this is a merit.
