In Burlöv, we focus on development and improvement. As part of this work, we have signed an agreement with Vårdförbundet that provides shorter working hours for our nurses working evening and night shifts. The new full-time measure is 32 hours/week. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care measures within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, care personnel, and other professions to create safe and cohesive care. The role also includes: • Guiding and supporting care personnel • Contributing to the organization's development and quality work Working hours are scheduled for evening and night with on-call every other weekend. You are based at our facilities in Arlöv and work within the entire municipality's service area, including special accommodations, regular housing, and LSS. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who want to contribute to high-quality care. We would like to see that you: • are confident in your professional role and can work independently • have good ability to prioritize and make your own decisions • are solution-focused, engaged, and responsible • have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships • communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing • want to contribute to the development of operations Experience from municipal home healthcare is a merit.
