We are now looking for a Coordinating Support Assistant for Personal Assistance within Functional Support - Individuals, Children and Development. In your role as coordinating support assistant, your main task is to provide qualified administrative support to the unit manager and serve as an important link between management and staff. You have a central role in the operation and contribute to creating structure, continuity, and good conditions for daily operations. You are responsible for scheduling and staffing planning, which means you plan and staff both planned and unplanned vacancies. You also participate in the operation's development work by coordinating and following up on both strategic and operational efforts. Work is carried out both independently and in close cooperation with the unit manager, colleagues, and other functions within the operation. We appreciate if you have good knowledge of the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS) as well as the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and guidelines. An important part of the assignment is to provide professional and service-oriented support to our employees. It is desirable that you have experience with scheduling, staffing planning, and coordination. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
