You also have the opportunity to influence your own employment level. Work Tasks You work with a health-promoting approach and provide individually adapted care in customers' homes. The work includes personal care, meal assistance, and social interaction. As a nursing assistant, you work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. You also perform delegated healthcare tasks, such as medication administration, training activities, and wound dressing. We actively work with consistent care contacts, and documentation is a natural part of daily work. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or can certify that you held a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, and want to contribute with your competence and commitment to meaningful work. You have basic computer skills and are accustomed to documenting. You feel comfortable using digital tools in your daily work. You have good command of Swedish in both speech and writing and are flexible in your work approach – cycling as part of the job is something you see as a natural part of the work. Previous experience in the field and knowledge of systems such as LMO, TES, LifeCare, Senior Alert, BPSD registry, or Medvind are merits. Further education in palliative care, cognitive decline, or psychiatry is also a plus, as is a category B driver's license.
