About the Role
As a machine setup operator, you work closely with production and are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing our injection molding machines. You play an important role in ensuring stable processes, high quality, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and start injection molding machines
- Optimize processes for quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and solve production problems
- Monitor and adjust production parameters
- Document settings and process improvements
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
Your Profile:
- Experience with injection molding and machine setup
- Technical understanding and interest in production
- Accustomed to working in a structured and thorough manner
- Solution-oriented and self-initiating
- Team player
- Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

Work Location: Kåraby, Ås
Work Schedule: Day shift
