With us, you will become an important part of the accounting department where you work with ongoing bookkeeping and accounting administration for several companies within the group. About the Position As an accounting assistant, you are responsible for several central aspects of ongoing accounting management. The work is varied and involves many contact points both internally and externally. Your Main Responsibilities · Customer invoicing · Handling and registration of customer payments · Supplier invoice management in Medius · Monthly reconciliations and participation in monthly closing · Administration of company cards and associated receipts · Administration of lease agreements · VAT recovery within the EU · Other recurring administrative tasks and some backup at reception as needed We are Looking for You · Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience · Experience working as an accounting assistant or similar role · Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, VAT management, accounts receivable and accounts payable · Good computer skills and experience with business and accounting systems. Experience with Medius and the business system Infor M3 is a merit · Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel · Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
