You should not be afraid to take your own initiative but without taking over. Flexibility is highly valued. We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, confident and has the competence to conduct themselves in social settings. We would prefer that you have previously worked in healthcare and have experience handling tracheostomy, PEG/tube feeding. Being able to speak, understand, read and write Swedish is a requirement.
