We are now looking for a Quality Coordinator who wants to be part of developing our management systems and contribute to ensuring that quality, environment and work environment continue to be a natural part of our business development. This is a role for you who wants to combine structure, project coordination and administration with development work, change initiatives and collaboration across organizational boundaries. About the Role As Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Department and have a central role in supporting and developing Stena Recycling's management systems within quality, environment and work environment. You will work closely with the operations while having a broad network of contacts within the group. You will be an important support to the organization by training users, coordinating development projects, managing support cases and ensuring that our system support is up-to-date and user-friendly. The role also involves running a forum for superusers, driving development initiatives and contributing to group-wide projects related to process development and system improvements. This is a role for you who wants to combine structure, collaboration and development in an operation that is constantly moving forward. As Quality Coordinator, you will have a central position with many contact points and close collaboration with both the operations and the group's specialist functions. You will be part of developing working methods, coordinating improvement initiatives and helping ensure that our systems and processes continue to create value for the business. The role gives you the opportunity to build broad experience in quality work, business development and project coordination while having significant responsibility and the ability to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Support the organization's work with ISO standards and continuous improvements. Administer, develop and manage system support within quality, environment and work environment. Run a forum for superusers to develop systems. Provide support and guidance to the operations. Plan and deliver training. Maintain records, documentation and system information. Coordinate improvement initiatives. Prepare statistics, analyses and reports. Who Are You? At the same time, you have a results focus and drive your tasks forward independently with quality, structure and commitment. Qualifications Post-secondary education in a relevant field. Approximately 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Experience with administration. Good system skills. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English. Merits Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. Experience with management systems. Experience with project coordination and improvement work. What Do We Offer You?
