About the position The role of Operator includes a variety of both physical "hands-on" work at the machines, process monitoring, checking paper quality, and forklift operation. In the converting department on our sheet machines, we work in teams. We serve the machines with the correct orders, setting of format and basis weight, correct packaging for wrapping, and position finished pallets with forklifts in our finished goods warehouse. You will have ongoing collaboration with colleagues in areas such as packaging, planning, and maintenance, as well as adjacent departments such as paper production and Internal Logistics. In long-term work, you will become an important part of our continuous improvement efforts, where the focus is on developing both the business and our production processes.
