We are now looking for a customer service representative who wants to become an important part of our team in Staffanstorp. About the Role As a customer service representative at Blinkfyrar, you will be a central part of our operations. You work closely with customers, the sales department, warehouse, and production to ensure that orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries are handled smoothly and professionally. The work is varied and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment with many contact points and great personal responsibility. Your tasks will include: • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email • Register and manage customer orders • Create quotations and follow up on customer inquiries • Provide customers with advice and guidance on products and deliveries • Monitor order status and deliveries • Work closely with customer service, sales, warehouse, and production • Ensure high service levels and excellent customer experience Person Profile We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You are confident, take responsibility for your work, and find it easy to prioritize when the pace increases. At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates collaboration and brings positive energy to the group. We believe you: • Have experience in customer service, administration, or order management • Are experienced working with business systems and digital tools • Have good computer skills, preferably with Microsoft platforms • Are meticulous, structured, and efficient • Communicate easily and build trust • Thrive in an environment where a lot is happening Experience from industrial, construction, contracting, or trade-related operations is a merit but not a requirement.
