Then this role might be for you! We are now seeking a machine operator for food production at a facility in Sjöbo on behalf of our client. As an operator, you will be an important part of daily production and work together in a great team to ensure that machines function properly and that products maintain high quality. Job Description In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery and ensure that production meets established requirements and procedures. Your tasks will include: • Operating and monitoring production machinery. • Inspecting machines, materials, and packaging. • Changing and refilling packaging and product-related materials. • Checking and documenting batch numbers. • Performing manual packaging and final product inspections. • Verifying that packages and labels are correctly marked. • Stacking finished products on pallets according to pallet schemes. • Following written instructions and documenting production. The work is practical and can sometimes be monotonous, but is not particularly heavy. Light lifting may occur! You don't need previous experience as a machine operator. The client will work with you and provide the necessary training. You will always work alongside a colleague and won't be alone with the machines. However, if you have experience in production, machine operation, or similar work, that is a plus. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and organized. You find it easy to follow procedures and instructions, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
