We are now looking for a project coordinator with a focus on facility adaptations and mobility services. The main focus of the role is on facility adaptations, where you are responsible for preparing technical feasibility studies, cost estimates, and decision-making materials prior to implementation. You will be an important link between contractors and our maintenance department. Facility Adaptations On behalf of our facility development team, you are responsible for preparing feasibility studies and coordinating technical requirements for facility adaptations. Your work includes: • Preparing technical feasibility studies and cost estimates for decision-making processes • Assessing technical solutions based on regulatory requirements and the property's conditions • Coordinating regulatory requirements and sustainability related to fire safety, ventilation, electrical systems, water/sanitation, sprinklers, cooling, and other building technical installations • Conducting dialogue with internal specialists, contractors, and consultants • Preparing materials for requisitions and orders to our maintenance department or external contractors • Ensuring that the correct materials are available prior to project implementation and compliance with sustainability guidelines You are not responsible for executing the work itself, but rather for preparing the right technical and economic materials so that the project can be ordered and executed efficiently. Mobility Services On behalf of our districts, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates, feasibility studies, and coordinating technical requirements for implementing or new procurements of mobility services. Your work includes: • Coordinating implementation of mobility services in our districts, such as charging infrastructure, car pools, and bike pools • Preparing cost estimates, cost assessments, and decision-making materials for investments and requisitions • Coordinating dialogue with relevant internal functions and external suppliers • Following up on completed initiatives based on economics, sustainability, and customer value Here you will be an important part of translating LKF's adopted mobility strategy into concrete solutions. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with experience in sustainability, project management, project coordination, or technical facility management within the real estate industry. You have a good understanding of building technical installations and enjoy working in a role where you analyze, coordinate, and prepare materials for decision-making. We believe you have: • Experience with renovation projects or technical real estate projects with a sustainability focus • Good technical understanding of regulatory requirements in areas such as fire safety, ventilation, electrical systems, water/sanitation, sprinklers, and cooling • Experience preparing feasibility studies and cost estimates for decision-making materials • Experience coordinating different stakeholders and driving matters forward • Good understanding of procurement processes and preferably knowledge of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) • Experience working with contractors, consultants, or installation projects • Experience with commercial properties is a merit As a person, you are structured, analytical, and business-minded with a focus on sustainability.
