At our office in Landskrona, we are now looking for a traffic manager who wants to become an important part of the team and work with planning and coordinating international transports. You will become part of a cohesive team where you support each other in daily work. The role is characterized by close collaboration, quick decisions, and workdays where conditions can change rapidly. Here you will get a varied role where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on transports while maintaining daily contact with customers, drivers, and transport partners. This position is a consulting assignment through PerformIQ where you will be employed by us and work as a consultant at DSV. As a Traffic Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable transport flows. You work closely with both customers and haulage companies and ensure that transports are carried out as planned. Your responsibilities include, among other things: • Plan, book, and coordinate international transports. • Maintain daily contact with drivers, customers, and transport partners. • Follow up on transports and handle any deviations. • Resolve unforeseen situations and find efficient transport solutions. • Ensure high service levels and clear communication throughout the entire transport chain. • Work administratively in DSV's transport systems. Candidate Profile We are looking for you who thrive with many points of contact and who are motivated by finding solutions when the pace is high. You are organized, communicative, and have the ability to prioritize correctly even when multiple things happen at once. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Good computer skills. • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and transport partners. It is advantageous if you: • Have knowledge of German, both spoken and written. • Have experience from the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. • Have worked as a traffic manager, transport planner, or in a similar role.
