Administrative Assistant – Assignment with Opportunity for Direct Hire

Our Assignment: Are you a service-oriented and organized person who enjoys a role where you can combine administration, member contact, and varied tasks? We are now seeking an administrative assistant for our client, a labor union with an office on Kungsholmen. The ideal start date for this assignment is mid-September. This is a full-time consulting assignment where you will initially be employed as a consultant with us. There is also potential to be offered a direct position with the client in the future. The work takes place on-site at the office 5 days per week, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: In this role, you will, among other things: • Provide information and service to members regarding membership, membership fees, and benefits. • Handle administrative matters and ensure that members receive professional and friendly service. • Support colleagues with course and training administration, such as sending invitations and confirmations. • Work in various systems and ensure that information is recorded and managed in an organized manner. • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team's shared work tasks. You will be part of a team of eight people who work closely together and support one another in their daily work. The total workplace has approximately 80 employees. Your Background: We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, administration, or other service-related work where you have had extensive contact with people.
