Optimal Trappstädning is seeking a service-oriented and organized person interested in working part-time in customer service. The position is approximately 10–20 hours per week and is ideal for students or those with other commitments. The tasks are straightforward to learn, and you will receive clear training. Your Responsibilities Respond to emails from customers and staff Answer phone calls Schedule and book work assignments Follow up on cases Perform basic administrative tasks Assist customers and staff with practical questions We Are Looking For Someone Who Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Is friendly and professional on the phone and via email Is organized and skilled at planning Takes responsibility and follows through on tasks you start Has basic computer skills Learns new tasks quickly Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus but not required. What matters most is that you are reliable, service-minded, and willing to learn the job.
