As Marketing Manager, you are a central point of contact and driving force for marketing assignments from internal stakeholders. You translate business needs into concrete, executed, and monitored marketing activities, with a particular focus on services, local campaigns, and business-oriented marketing activation. This role belongs to the Marketing department within the Marketing & Members division and reports to the Head of Marketing. You work closely with internal stakeholders, business owners, the Growth team, the Studio, and external partners. Through clear briefs, efficient workflows, and well-coordinated resources, you contribute to activities being delivered with the right quality, prioritization, and commercial relevance. Among other things, you will: • Drive marketing activities from brief, timeline, and channel selection through production, execution, and follow-up. • Be responsible for marketing activation within selected service areas, such as Fleetcard, Car Wash, Rental, and Carpool. • Plan and execute local campaigns, station-based activities, and market support for launches, openings, and business-critical events. • Ensure that B2B perspectives are considered in marketing planning and relevant commercial initiatives. • Coordinate production with the Studio, creatives, agencies, media partners, and other suppliers. • Develop and maintain workflows for briefs, prioritization, and handover between stakeholders and execution functions. • Quality assure that activities follow OKQ8's brand guidelines, communication principles, and tone of voice. • Follow up on activities based on relevant KPIs and create documented learnings for future initiatives. What we're looking for You thrive in an operational and business-oriented role where you combine structure, collaboration, and execution power. You're comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders, can prioritize between multiple simultaneous needs, and have the ability to transform an unclear brief into a clear plan. You work independently and solution-oriented, while also involving the right expertise when an assignment requires broader anchoring. We believe you have: • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in marketing. • Experience planning and executing marketing activities from brief to delivery and follow-up. • Good understanding of digital marketing with focus on influencer marketing, local advertising, campaign production, channel selection, and external partnerships. • Experience coordinating and driving dialogue with internal stakeholders in a complex organization. • Experience collaborating with in-house agencies, production managers, creatives, and external partners. • Ability to handle both planned campaigns and quick ad hoc assignments, and ideally experience using technical tools such as Power Automate, AirTable, Planner, and similar tools to create scalability. • Commercial understanding of retail, service businesses, B2B, and local market needs. • Post-secondary education. It's a plus if you have experience with: • Marketing activation within service areas such as mobility, car wash, rental, car sharing, or fleet solutions. • Local campaigns, station-based marketing, or geographically targeted activities. • Tracking marketing activities against KPIs such as reach, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, or usage.
