About the Role As Operations Manager/Director, you have overall responsibility for the quality, development, and results of the organization. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational work and are a present leader who works alongside staff in the organization's daily activities. You are responsible for leading and distributing work across the organization's different workplaces and operational divisions. The role requires you to create structure, clarity, and good collaboration while being confident in making decisions in complex situations. You actively work to develop the organization, support staff, and ensure that work is conducted according to the organization's values and applicable regulations.
