We are now seeking a registered nurse for a continuous assignment in home health care (HSV) in Östergötland. About the Assignment Period: August 24 – December 30 Scope: Full-time (or by agreement) Placement: Östergötland Work Hours: Monday – Friday Responsibilities Conduct assessments, provide nursing care, and perform medical procedures in patients' homes. Medication management, wound care, specimen collection, injections, and palliative care. Close collaboration with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians. Documentation in the current medical record system. Qualifications Swedish registration as a registered nurse. Class B driver's license (required for home health care services). Experience in home health care, municipal health and medical services, or primary care is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize under time pressure, and make clinical decisions.
