Research-Based and Creative Preschool Educator

We are currently looking for a preschool educator with passion who wants to be part of developing our operations! ABOUT FÖRSKOLAN RAKETEN At Förskolan Raketen, 7-8 educators work together with approximately 40 children. We believe it is important that you share our passion for pedagogy and our view of children, and that you are a research-based educator. We have a vision of a preschool whose days are filled with joy, play, development, and learning. Each child is met based on the unique person they are with their different needs, in an environment that challenges and inspires collaboration. We draw inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which is evident in our view of children, our approach to learning, and our choice of materials. ABOUT US We work with smaller groups of children and want our small preschools to offer personal and secure operations where everyone has the opportunity to be seen and heard. A place that is educational, familiar, and calming, away from the bustle and stress of the big city. It is in small groups that children thrive and get the chance to discover the world at their own pace, among people who care and are present. ABOUT THE TASKS The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of operations. In close collaboration with the preschool teacher and principal, you will work to fulfill the goals in the curriculum, the preschool's governance documents, and municipal guidelines, as well as connect this to Reggio Emilia's pedagogical philosophy.
