Qualifications To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, results-oriented, communicative, and self-directed. You create order in complex issues, drive work forward, and take responsibility for issues moving ahead. You need to be able to balance time, cost, scope, and risk, and communicate clearly with different parties. We are looking for someone who has: A university or college degree of at least 180 credits in an area relevant to the position, or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience in an independent and leading role in railway or railway-related construction projects. Several years of current and relevant experience driving projects or independent sub-projects where the railway facility was a central part of the assignment. You have had responsibility for progress, time, cost, and scope. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A driver's license for a passenger car.
