About the Role As a project manager, you will become part of an operation that develops tomorrow's aviation technical solutions. You will lead projects within an area responsible for developing control systems, flight mechanics, aerodynamics, and integration of software and hardware for both existing and future aircraft systems. You will be part of a small and experienced project office where you act as consultants to various projects across the organization. You will be involved in an area that handles many business-related assignments connected to operations and development. Some assignments are smaller in scope while others grow into larger projects requiring coordination between multiple functions. Here you will have the opportunity to both drive your own initiatives and contribute to creating structure, prioritization, and progress in a technically advanced environment. Initially, you will support a more senior colleague in the projects. We also see that you will want to support junior colleagues in their work over time. Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and monitor projects throughout the entire project lifecycle Ensure deliverables according to schedule, scope, and budget Coordinate project activities between different technical functions and stakeholders Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and milestone reviews Manage risks, changes, and prioritizations during the project Monitor resources, costs, and project status in the organization's tools Build and maintain close collaboration with both project teams and adjacent departments Your Profile To succeed in this role, we see that you are someone who takes responsibility and drives work forward even when circumstances change. You are structured and quality-conscious while also being social, skilled at engaging people around you, and able to communicate at different levels. Requirements for the Position: Have at least 1 year of experience in project management where you had clear responsibility for driving technical projects forward (schedule, scope, budget work, and finances) Have worked in technical environments and feel comfortable with complex development projects Have a technical civil engineer or higher technical engineer degree, or equivalent technical work experience Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Have a B driver's license This assignment is placed in a security classification. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security vetting and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection. This may entail requirements regarding certain citizenship.
