Your Responsibilities As a Math/Science teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on students' needs and the school's goals. You are expected to create clear, accessible, and engaging instruction that helps students develop both their subject knowledge and confidence in their own abilities. In this role, you will, among other things: * plan and conduct teaching in math, science, and technology * monitor students' knowledge development and adapt instruction to their needs * work purposefully to strengthen goal achievement in mathematics * create variation and engagement through creative teaching methods * make mathematical and scientific contexts clear, relevant, and understandable * use digital tools as a natural part of instruction * introduce or further develop programming and AI in your teaching * contribute ideas regarding teaching materials and the development of the school's laboratory environment * guide and coach students within the framework of the school's personal guidance program * mentor a group of approximately 20 students * build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues * actively participate in the school's collaborative development work Your Profile We're looking for someone who is a certified teacher, a confident and experienced educator with genuine commitment to students' learning.
