Your work will focus on reading promotion initiatives and language development. Your assignments include everything from media acquisitions and book talks to support for students who need compensatory measures in their reading development. You are also expected to be able to contribute to work with ICT/MIK. You will work as a school librarian at the municipality's two upper secondary schools, Björnekulla and Hyllinge. Hyllinge school library is an integrated school and public library, so you collaborate with public library staff. We work based on the adopted library plan 2025-2028, and the school library plan 2025-2028, where the function and pedagogical resources of school libraries have been strengthened through distribution of responsibilities between the two governing bodies. You will, together with other school and public librarians and educators in the school, develop and shape the activities.
