Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and be accustomed to documentation. You must have a B-category driver's license to work in our operations, and in home healthcare, you also need to be able to cycle. It is meritorious if you have experience working in municipal health and medical care. About the Health and Medical Care Sector (HSL) The Care and Social Services Administration has the HSL organization gathered in one operational area. You have close collaboration with your colleagues and together we provide patient-safe care where we work daily to keep the customer in focus - and not just the customer in focus! Functional Support You will be part of a team working towards the city's LSS residences and social psychiatry. Home Healthcare Home healthcare is divided into five areas with a unit manager per area. You are employed within one area but may work in other home healthcare areas as needed. You travel within the geographic area you are assigned and conduct assessments and interventions in patients' homes. Specialized Housing Our specialized residences are divided into three groups with a unit manager per group. You will have a primary placement at one of our specialized residences but are expected to support other residences as needed - primarily within your group. On-Call Services Here you are responsible for patients in the municipality's specialized residences, LSS activities, and our home healthcare patients during times when regular staff are not on duty.
