Our goal is to work together with you and your colleagues to create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. In our daily interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, we rely on our values of joy, responsibility, and pride as a common foundation for collaboration and development. We seek a teacher who has strong confidence in students' abilities. You will be part of one of the school's work teams, F-3 (Preschool-Grade 3), where you will together be responsible for planning, documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and monitoring students' development. The work also involves collaboration with other educators and staff, school leadership, student support services, parents, and other external stakeholders. You view documentation and assessment of students' learning development as a natural part of your work and you continuously improve your teaching. Through pedagogical skill and social competence, you have an easy time making contact with people and conveying knowledge to our students. You are creative and stimulated by challenges, are flexible, and work well collaboratively. You have genuine commitment to our children and a good ability to create structure in the activities.
