About the service We are in a development phase where we work to create a modern and flexible service with high quality, where participants' needs, wishes, and goals are in focus. Daily services according to LSS should contribute to people with disabilities having opportunities for participation, independence, and personal development. The service should offer meaningful activities, social community, and individually tailored support with the aim of strengthening each person's abilities and opportunities to live a life like others. To continue developing the service, we are now seeking three support assistants who want to contribute with expertise, commitment, and fresh thinking to our work. Job responsibilities As a support assistant, you work closely with our participants and provide individually tailored support in their daily activities. You help create structure, security, and conditions for each individual to develop and participate in their everyday life. The role includes: Supporting participants in their daily activities based on individual needs and goals. Working according to implementation plans and contributing to follow-up of established goals. Promoting independence, participation, and influence. Working with clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-arousal approaches. Documenting according to applicable legislation and the service's procedures. Collaborating with family members, guardians, and internal and external partners. Actively participating in the service's development and quality work. Contributing to a good work environment and professional conduct. Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have education in healthcare and social services, children's and leisure programs with social or educational focus, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Have experience working in LSS services, daily services, or other work in disability support. Have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and low-arousal approaches. Have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. Have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Have a driver's license and be able to drive the service's vehicles for work purposes. It is advantageous if you have expertise in: Areas that can contribute to activities such as music, creative arts, service, outdoor activities, and media.
