I'm a positive and active person who enjoys when things happen, depending on the day. I like joking around, swimming, walking, listening to music and audiobooks, exercising, stretching, and going on little adventures. Sometimes it's full speed, sometimes I need rest and calm. Your task will be to help me find the right balance. I communicate a lot through body language, facial expressions, and mood, so you need to be attentive, present, and curious about really getting to know me. You don't need to understand everything from the start, but you need to want to understand. It's actually more important than coming across as professional in an interview. About the work As my personal assistant, you help me with most things in daily life. This includes personal care, hygiene, meals/tube feeding, medications and other routines, mobility with assistive devices, exercise, stretching, PEP mask, activities, documentation, and creating a safe and meaningful everyday life. The work is active and requires responsibility, attention to detail, and good judgment. At the same time, there's a lot of joy in the job. Here you won't just be "someone working a shift" – you'll be an important part of my new life in my own apartment. We're looking for you if you: are secure, attentive, and responsible have a sense of humor and can be yourself can work calmly even when there's a lot to keep track of enjoy being active but also respect the need for rest are careful with routines, hygiene, and documentation understand the importance of continuity, integrity, and confidentiality want to help build a new assistance team from the ground up Experience with personal assistance, tube feeding, epilepsy, assistive devices, mobility, or working with people with multiple disabilities is a plus, but the right personality and willingness to learn are just as important. You will receive training and guidance. What we offer You'll be part of something completely new from the start, with onboarding in August and an active start when I move to my own apartment on October 1, 2026. This is a unique opportunity to help create good routines, a sense of security, and a work team where we support each other. I need assistants who can be warm, professional, and a bit playful when the situation allows. So you need to be able to take responsibility for important routines one moment and maybe encourage me to exercise or go for a walk the next. Bonus points if you can say "Come on Johan!" with both conviction and a twinkle in your eye. Does this sound like something for you? Then we'd love to hear from you. Tell us who you are, why you're applying for this position, and what you think you can contribute to Johan's new everyday life. We're looking for assistants who can work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and occasionally days.

Account Executive | Defence & Security Carmenta | Göteborg
Are you passionate about complex B2B sales in an industry where every deal truly matters? Have you worked in defence and government environments and understand the processes, patience, and precision required to succeed? Are you ready to take ownership of one of Carmenta's most important markets? Then this is your role! Your Role As an Account Executive - Defence & Security, you'll be the commercial spearhead towards defence customers in Sweden and the UK. You'll take over an established account with existing key relationships and be responsible for managing, deepening, and expanding them. Carmenta doesn't sell off-the-shelf products. The offering is a niche software product (an SDK) that system integrators and defence actors embed into their own platforms to visualize and analyze map images and situational pictures in defence systems. This means you need to understand what your customer's product should do, not just what your own product is. It's complex sales with long cycles, technical weight, and high demands on trust. You work closely with Carmenta's Customer Success function, which supports you in technical dialogues and ensures the customer receives the right depth of support. Your task is to build relationships, open doors, drive the process forward, and close deals. You are the hub and responsible for ensuring your market thrives and that business grows. Your Profile We're looking for someone with solid experience in sales to or within the defence industry. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room. You should be the one who listens best. The person who gets the customer to tell you about their challenges, and then can translate that into a concrete solution, with the right internal resources by your side. You are patient, structured, and experienced in working with CRM tools to keep a complex pipeline organized. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Documented experience in complex B2B sales, preferably of software solutions or technical systems. - Good understanding of the defence industry's structure, processes, and decision-making pathways. - Experience with long sales cycles and formal procurement processes. - Ability to communicate technical solutions at different levels—from product owners and software managers to decision-makers. - Experience working structured with CRM tools, such as Salesforce. - Based in Göteborg. Merits: - Background from FMV, Försvarsmakten, or Swedish defence-related organizations. - Established network within the defence industry. - Experience selling to or via system integrators such as Saab, Thales, or similar. - Academic degree in engineering, business development, or military leadership (KTH, Chalmers, or FHS). What You Become Part of Carmenta is a niche software company founded in 1985 with a long history of delivering advanced geospatial solutions to defence and security organizations worldwide. With a team of just over 50 people and offices in Göteborg, Stockholm, France, Germany, and the USA, Carmenta is a globally niche company in strong and stable growth. The culture is characterized by deep technical expertise, high delivery standards, and a genuinely helpful internal environment. Here you don't get a place in an anonymous large sales team; you get ownership, trust, and colleagues who truly know their stuff. Application This recruitment process is handled by Jefferson Wells on Carmenta's behalf, which means you will be hired directly by Carmenta. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis, starting in week 32. We welcome your application!
