About the RoleMovant's "Digital School" aims to support our schools throughout Sweden. The goal is to build a unit that can support our schools in new hires, between assignments, or when other needs arise. Movant sees digital development as part of the present and future. By building a digital unit, Movant can continue to develop and stay at the forefront as one of Sweden's largest companies in vocational education. We provide labor market training, adult education (Komvux), vocational higher education, national vocational training, and also offer training to companies that need to develop and train their employees internally. Digital School is growing and we are now looking for vocational teachers with broad expertise in Refrigeration & Heat Pump. Digital School operates nationally, which gives you the opportunity to work at a Movant school, from home, or at an office within the Academedia group. Since we teach practical trades, some lessons are held on-site around Sweden, which means some travel is involved. We are looking for you who Already work as a vocational teacher Or have at least five years of professional experience in the industry Hold F-gas certificate category I Have experience teaching adults Have the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs Have the competence to explain theories and guide practical tasks Have good digital skills Have the ability to travel, as assignments can vary between remote teaching and practical work at a school or company around the country. It is meritorious if you hold teacher certification or other pedagogical experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
