Praktiska Gymnasiet Gamlestaden The school is located in SKF's historic premises at Rullagergatan 4, Gamlestaden in Gothenburg. The school features newly renovated, spacious, and modern facilities. The school accommodates approximately 315 students distributed across the following programs: Plumbing and Heating toward Property Management and Refrigeration, Electrical, Industrial Technology, Sales and Service, and Individual Alternative. Your Assignment 1 position The position is based on 100% employment starting by mutual agreement. You will support and mentor our students who struggle with numbers and mathematics. You work both in the classroom alongside other teachers and in smaller groups. Together with colleagues, you will be part of a teaching team. We see you as an important and driving force with students at the center. We communicate primarily through Schoolsoft and work in a Google environment through shared digital documents, calendars, and planning. Your Profile We place great importance on personal qualities and value your ability to meet students based on their knowledge and needs. You have experience in: - Assessing and testing students' mathematical knowledge - Writing and following up on intervention plans - Helping teachers adapt instruction - Conducting conversations with students and guardians Your AMBITION is to support and follow students in their studies with high expectations of yourself. Through your PASSION, you inspire and engage students to develop as far as possible based on their individual circumstances. Our students are eager to enter working life, and your greatest task is to guide them there! We seek someone with a special education teacher credential specializing in mathematics. You have experience working with support interventions in schools. You have strong collaboration skills with teachers, students, and guardians, plus a positive and solution-focused approach to work.
