Wattnord is growing and is now looking for driven and results-oriented inside sales representatives for our sales team in Gothenburg. We're looking for someone who already has sales experience and wants to develop further in an ambitious sales organization with high targets, strong team spirit, and clear opportunities to grow within the company. With us, you'll work with a combination of warm leads and active customer follow-up. The majority of your work will consist of customers who have submitted an interest form and already shown interest in our solutions for solar panels, batteries, and energy storage. The role can also involve some cold calling and independent customer management for those who want to develop further in sales. Your Role As an inside sales representative, you'll become an important part of our sales organization and be responsible for moving customers through the sales process and closing deals. You will, among other things: Contact customers who have shown interest in our products and services Identify customer needs and circumstances Present and sell our solutions for solar panels, batteries, and energy storage Handle customer conversations by phone Follow up with customers and quotes Drive your own deals from first contact to close Work systematically in our systems Work toward clear individual and shared goals You'll become part of a larger sales team where we work together, share experiences, and continually strive to improve.
