Do you want the opportunity to work with and develop the conditions for Trafikverket's users to apply Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) effectively? Work Tasks As a systems developer within the AI platform, you will be part of continuing to develop it. The platform is one of many puzzle pieces contributing to Trafikverket's strategic goals around digitalization. Our analytics platform focuses on delivering platform capabilities across Trafikverket, including machine learning, computational models, and generative AI. The platform is built on Red Hat OpenShift container technology, where your fundamental understanding of these technologies will be a great asset. In your role, you will collaborate within the team and with the organization's data scientists to understand their needs in our platform delivery. You will identify and evaluate technical components for our platform, monitor the latest developments in open-source analytics products, and help establish efficient routines and documentation for continued management of the analytics platform. Your contribution will help build a stable and usable production environment. Examples from a typical work week: Continue developing, maintaining, and building a stable AI platform that other development teams create applications on. Work closely with our cross-functional team and our users, data scientists, data engineers, and product owners to create a user-friendly and efficient AI platform. Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and maintenance. Identify and solve technical challenges and develop the capabilities of existing systems, both independently and together with the team. Support and assist users of the Analytics Platform with technical questions. Configure integrations/database connections. Manage container images. Installation and deployment of primarily language models. Team Responsibilities: Build infrastructure and development environments. Work with our internal container environment in OpenShift. Create CI/CD pipelines so that code can be tested and released automatically. Manage security, permissions, and access. Build internal tools and services that make it easier for developers to deliver code. Monitor system performance, stability, and availability. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have good analytical problem-solving skills and enjoy contributing your ideas and solutions to emerging problems. You have technical curiosity in the field and are responsive to the market, which allows you to independently drive your work forward. You enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills where you focus on the common goal. Furthermore, you are communicative and can explain complex information in an educational way tailored to the recipient. We are looking for you who have - higher education of at least 180 credits with a focus on systems development or other relevant IT education that we, in combination with the listed knowledge requirements, assess as comparable - several years of current and relevant work experience as a systems developer - good knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Red Hat/Linux - experience with container technology (for example Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes) - good knowledge of C# and/or Python - good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have - experience deploying and managing open-source products - experience with automation and DevOps - experience deploying Machine Learning models/LLM models/AI models - knowledge of object storage, vector databases, or graph databases Other Information The placement location for this position is Gothenburg or Borlänge.
