Commercial Leasing Agent for Consulting Assignment in Gothenburg We are seeking an experienced and business-minded commercial leasing agent for a consulting assignment with an expanding real estate company in Gothenburg. The assignment focuses on commercial properties and involves supporting the regular operations in leasing work. The need arises to strengthen the organization's capacity and ensure efficient management of the leasing process. About the Assignment As a commercial leasing agent, you will be a vital resource in driving and completing the leasing process for commercial properties. You will function as a knowledgeable advisor and a clear point of contact for potential tenants and internal stakeholders. The assignment suits you if you thrive in a role where you get to work both operationally and strategically, combining legal and contractual matters with practical business development. The need is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 2-3 days per week, initially through the end of the year with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Support throughout the entire leasing process for commercial properties. Handle negotiations and agreements with potential tenants. Prepare and finalize commercial lease agreements. Manage site plans and other contract attachments. Ensure that agreements are legally correct and commercially favorable. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties. Follow up and report on the progress of the leasing process. Contribute commercial real estate legal expertise and advice. Your Profile We are seeking someone with: Relevant experience in commercial leasing, for example as a leasing agent, leasing manager, property manager, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of commercial real estate management. Experience independently driving leasing processes from start to finish. Solid experience in negotiation and contracts. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and experience handling complex leasing matters. Experience preparing and reviewing lease agreements, site plans, and contract attachments. Strong understanding of commercial properties' specific conditions and requirements. Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have: Experience with new construction or major leasing projects. Experience with real estate management systems. About the Client The client is an established company with a major development project on Öckerö with planned occupancy 2028–2029. The project encompasses residential units, cooperative apartments, and commercial spaces. The company works long-term to create modern and attractive environments that support both residential living and business operations.
