Assignment Description
We are seeking a senior, analytical business and requirements analyst who works in a structured manner, communicates well in complex environments, and demonstrates clear leadership. In this role, you will collect, compile, and quality assure functional and technical requirements in both procurement and implementation phases. You will contribute to developing the organization's capabilities in business analysis, requirements management, and quality assurance through work on both ongoing and new projects, assignments, and initiatives. You need to be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your assigned tasks.
During procurements, you are responsible for ensuring that specified requirements are evaluated correctly. Together with other roles, you continuously follow up on requirements compliance in proposed solutions. When needed, you also act as test lead in connection with evaluation and quality assurance. You should also have documented experience in identifying and documenting processes and workflows within the Swedish healthcare sector.
Mandatory Qualifications
Good knowledge of technical IT solutions.
At least ten years of experience with similar assignments within process analysis, requirements management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance within the Swedish healthcare sector.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Swedish citizenship in order to be able to obtain security clearance if needed.
Experience leading personnel within the healthcare sector in work with requirements compilation, evaluation, and quality assurance.

It is considered advantageous if you have certification according to IREB or equivalent certification, certification according to ISTQB or equivalent certification, practical experience with Azure DevOps and other leading test tools, as well as very good knowledge of agile working methods.
