Join Our Team We are now recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for our team in Landvetter. You will be an important link between customers, production, transport providers, and other business partners. You will work closely with both our customers and colleagues in production and customer teams to ensure efficient and high-quality logistics flows. About the Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the daily flow between customer and operations. Your duties will include: Customer contact via phone and email. Handling order-related inquiries and discrepancies. Transport bookings and tracking of deliveries. Import and export administration and customs-related matters. Return handling and complaints. Monitoring delivery quality and customer-specific metrics. Administration of special assignments and customized services. Collaboration with production to ensure correct priorities and deliveries. Participation in improvement initiatives and development of procedures and working methods. About You We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and takes responsibility. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy working in an environment where the pace can be fast-paced. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience in administration, logistics, or customer service. Are very experienced in working with different IT systems and have good knowledge of the Office suite. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Have a solution-oriented approach and strong customer focus. Enjoy collaborating with many different functions in the organization. Experience from the warehouse, transport, or logistics industry is a merit.
