As an operations technician with us, you'll have a varied day-to-day role with close contact with both tenants, colleagues, and our properties. You contribute to ensuring our technical systems function as they should and that our residential environments are safe and comfortable. The role suits you if you like working practically, taking responsibility, and solving problems – always with good service in focus. What you will be working with Perform preventive and ongoing maintenance as well as rounds and operational optimization of heating centers, heating systems, and ventilation systems Troubleshoot, fix, and service technical systems Carry out repairs and maintenance in our properties Perform monthly and quarterly tests on fire alarms Maintain contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues in your daily work We are looking for you who Have a B driver's license Have experience as an operations technician or documented education in operations and maintenance Are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused Plan and prioritize your work in a structured manner Enjoy working both independently and together with others It is advantageous if you have Electrical authorization or certification, for example category B Experience with computerized control and monitoring Knowledge within heating and/or ventilation What we offer At Topbostäder, you become an important part of an engaged team where quality, personal responsibility, and good service are central.
